This was an office space that we used for ALT the last couple years. It's a great space with unique finishes. It has a metal entry door for the main entrance. There's a sliding glass door as well (The sliding door does have wear and tear). The unit has a large vertical window and standard size sliding window. It's well insulated and has an hvac unit. We used it in Las Vegas through the summers no problem. This unit is not brand new so does have general wear and tear. The pictures are recent and refelct the current condition of the unit.
